What it actually does
The chair uses electromagnetic stimulation to produce repeated, involuntary contractions of the pelvic-floor muscles while the person remains fully clothed and seated. BetterPelvi says its system targets all three layers of the pelvic floor, including the deeper pelvic diaphragm/levator ani muscles.
A typical session is 28 minutes, with the manufacturer’s current material quoting approximately 12,500 contractions during that period.
