The role will involve leading the Compliance team to ensure that the business continues to meet requirements and compliance frameworks published by the relevant regulatory bodies. This involves ensuring adherence to all internal and external rules and regulations. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the business is compliant with all relevant regulations; proactively identify and manage the risks, drive a positive, healthy, and sustainable culture across the business.

As a Business Development Manager, you will have responsibility for developing new business via vendors, across a variety of products and solutions. This role will suit a highly energised, and self-motivated individual who has a sound knowledge of the business, the systems and sales processes. This is a development role into sales using knowledge from similar roles and gaining experience from your peers and Manager.

To increase sales opportunities and thereby maximise revenue to the Company by building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

As a Customer Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing new leads for our Sales teams. While no prior asset finance experience is required, we are looking for individuals who are highly energised and self-motivated to succeed in a sales-oriented environment.
