Ignition sparks growth with 4 new appointments

Ignition has welcome 4 new members to its’ growing team.

Tony Holton, who held a previous role at Ignition as Head of Broker, is returning to the company after 12 months with Close Brothers, where he has been working as Broker Development Manager covering the South West and Midlands.  In his new role at Ignition as Sales Manager, Tony will be managing and supporting the sales team, focussing on new sectors and markets for the company, as well as strengthening and consolidating its existing sales channels.

Ele Smith, who joins as Business Development Manager, is already an active member of the business community in the South West region, having worked at Santander for 27 years, most recently as Director of Transactional Banking and Liquidity for Bristol, Devon and Cornwall. At Ignition, Ele will be supporting SMEs from a wide variety of sectors, helping Ignition to further consolidate its strong customer base across the South West region. 

Also joining as Business Development Manager is Richard Bowley, who brings with him 27 years’ experience in the South West business community, including 11 years as Relationship Manager at Lloyds Banking Group where he was responsible for a portfolio of more than 200 SME clients across the region.  In his new role, Richard will be looking to maximise new business opportunities, predominantly across Ignition’s heartland in Devon and Cornwall.

Finally, Ignition is welcoming Sadie Hargreaves, who will be supporting the sales team as Sales Administrator.
