The draw will take place at the close of RTX Transport Show on June 30^th 2023. The winners will be drawn at random and notified by email and phone by Monday 2^nd July 2023.

It is understood that by entering the draw you have sought express permission from your direct line manager to do so. We will not be held responsible for any such disciplinary measures arising from failure to inform your employer. We reserve the right to publicise the winner of the competition; by entering this you are giving your consent for us to use your details on any subsequent publicity.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

We shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Competition or in respect of the Prizes where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and whilst we may endeavour to provide an alternative prize, it shall not be liable to compensate you in such circumstances.

We shall do our utmost to ensure that all prizes are delivered as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee this and bound by the limitations of suppliers at the time of placing any order.

Prize winners will pay heed to any safety instructions and restrictions issued with prizes.

STAR Asset Finance Group will not be responsible for any subsequential loss or damage resulting from misuse or disregard of same.

We will arrange and undertake all costs for the prize to be delivered to the winners’ preferred address within Great Britain only.

There is no cash alternative. We do however reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time should this be deemed necessary.
