Group Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Entry Process:
Entry is by selecting one team from each of the 12 groups in the 2026 tournament via our website www.starassetfinance.com/summer-of-football/?brand=kennet. You must select one team from each of the 12 groups. There is one entry per person, but that one entry is a comprised of the 12 teams you have selected.

Entry into, and the outcome of, this prize draw is based solely on the team selections made and how those teams progress in the tournament. Entry and prizes are in no way linked to, dependent on, or influenced by any business introduced to or placed with Kennet Equipment Leasing Limited or the STAR Asset Finance Group

Draw Dates and Notification:
The winner of each draw of the Kennet Equipment Leasing ‘Summer of Football’ Prize Draw will be notified within 48 hours of the draw closing.

  1. Those that successfully select any team that makes it to the World Cup 2026 Quarter-finals will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win an Apple Watch SE 3. The prize draw will be held on the 8th July 2026
  2. Those that successfully select any team that makes it to the World Cup 2026 Semi-finals will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win an Hisense 85” LED 4K HDR TV. The prize draw will be held on the 13th July 2026
  3. Those that successfully select the winning team of the World Cup 2026 final will be automatically entered into the prize draw for an Apple MacBook Air 2026 Model. The prize draw will be held on the 20th July 2026

Permission and Responsibility:
By entering the draw, you confirm that you have obtained express permission from your direct line manager to participate. We are not responsible for any disciplinary measures resulting from failure to inform your employer.

Publicity Consent:
We may wish to publicise the winners. We will ask for your consent before using your name or image in any publicity, and you are free to decline

Marketing Consent:
Entry into this prize draw does not require you to consent to marketing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old on the date you submit your details. Proof of age may be required.
  • You must be a resident of Great Britain to enter this competition.
  • Employees of the STAR Asset Finance Group and its subsidiaries, their families, or any persons directly or indirectly connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable to perform any of our obligations under the competition or in respect of the prizes where we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we may endeavour to provide an alternative prize, we shall not be liable to compensate you in such circumstances.

Prize Delivery:
We will do our utmost to ensure that all prizes are delivered as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee this, as we are bound by the limitations of suppliers at the time of placing any order. We will cover all costs for delivering the prize to the winner’s preferred address within Great Britain only.

Safety and Restrictions:
Prize winners must adhere to any safety instructions and restrictions issued with the prizes. Kennet Equipment Leasing Limited will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage resulting from misuse or disregard of these instructions.

No Cash Alternative:
There is no cash alternative. However, we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

Bribery Act Compliance:
Under the terms of the Bribery Act 2010, the provision of these prizes and the undertaking of this competition should not give our customers or contacts the impression that they are under an obligation to confer any business advantage or that their independence in conducting their business will be affected.

Acceptance of Terms:
Entry into the draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
